What does white labeling include?
Typically, all aspects of our system are branded with Open Dining's information, including notifications to the restaurant (faxes, emails, etc.). We can rebrand or de-brand any of the following components for you:
- Administrative back-office interface
- Order notifications: Faxes, emails, SMS messages, phone calls
- POS integration apps
- Windows and Receipt printer apps
- Facebook app for restaurant pages
How much can/should I charge?
We've seen a variety of successful pricing structures. Typically they involve one or more plans with varying components:
- Flat monthly fee
- Flat per-order fee
- Per-order fees for certain features (e.g. phone, fax)
- Percentage fees of each order
- Graduated monthly fees for "brackets" of orders (e.g. $10/mo for 50 orders, $20/mo for 150 orders, etc.)

Who bills my customers?
In most cases, we recommend that you establish a merchant account for billing your customers. We can plug your merchant information into our automated billing system to handle invoicing/billing, or we can integrate with a third-party billing system (we use Recurly ourselves).
If you don't want to set up a merchant account, you can always bill your customers with standard invoices. You aren't forced to use our billing system.
Who provides customer support?
In general, we support you, and you support your customers. For installations (POS integrations) or technically-challenging issues, we can get directly involved where necessary without disclosing the Open Dining brand.
We also monitor all order notification systems (POS integrations, receipt printer apps, faxes, etc.) 24/7, and we can work directly with your customers if there appears to be an issue.
