TAX EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS
If you are a tax exempt organization and should not be charged sales tax, you must:
1) Enter your tax id number at the checkout screen,
AND
2) Enter "Tax exempt" into the Coupon Code field to remove sales tax from your order.
Please give 24-48 hours’ notice when placing a catering order as to ensure all menu items will be available to you. Please call us for any last-minute orders to inquire about making special arrangements.
Plastic cutlery and napkins are included with your order. Please remember to order serving utensils and plates if you need them.
